Into the Rabbit Hole

I went to Romni Wools LTD. yesterday for their boxing day sale. It was kinda intense as I began pulling random- but beautiful- hanks and skeins of yarn. I didn't really pay attention to what I bought either, I just knew I wanted them. I ended up spending about $100 w/o tax.

I think I better get a job. Lol.

I also feel bad because when I went downtown yesterday to shop, I dragged my aunt along with me. While we were out, my other aunt called her to tell her that my grandfather was in the hospital. I felt guilty for being stash crazy. I guess I stayed at their house with my grandmother because of it. It kinda sucks for me though, since I slept with my contacts.

Also, I still owe x-mas gifts to a few of my friends, but, the yarn I just bought is either not in their colour, or too pretty/expensive for me to want to knit away. Yes, I bought 2 hanks of Mano del Uruagay and a hank of Malabrigo. I also snatched this lovely green Chile-dyed yarn. SOOOOOO PRETTY.

OMGISH, I need to find a way to make them gifts w/o spending more money. T____T Guess I'll have to sew a couple more cat-eared hats.

So, I can't post picture or shit yet. My dad had my aunts take my laptop a month ago when they "grounded" me over some smal trivial reason. Since my dad is a prick when it comes to his computer, there is no internet except on his which he does not allow us to save anything on.

So post wil resume when I get my laptop back. >=P

Go away xmas shopping

So, friend of mine came up today who is overly sheltered asked me if I could do Xmas shopping for her. My thought? "OH SHI-! NOT FINISHED XMAS PRESENTS." I'd buckle down and finish my knitting, but, I have 2 tests to study for at the moment. Do you think the friends would mind if I pass them their gifts after Xmas all together?

Anyways, I'll post my projects and stuff afterwards.
